What the tablet application does
Secure pairing
The clinic activates a specific tablet with a one-time pairing link; new pairing revokes the old one.
Arrival PIN
The patient enters the six-digit PIN from confirmation or reminder.
Time window
Self check-in is allowed only within the configured period around the appointment.
Immediate status
The clinic waiting room automatically shows the waiting status.
No patient list
The public screen reveals no other names, order or appointments.
Fallback
The patient can use the mobile link, or staff can mark arrival.
On-site booking
Calendar and payment unlock only after certified fiscalization is active for the clinic.
Revocable access
The clinic can disconnect a tablet; its pairing token is not stored in plaintext.
Patient arrival through the tablet
1. Activation
The clinic orders the optional companion and pairs its own or an agreed tablet.
2. PIN
The patient receives a six-digit PIN in confirmation and reminder.
3. Arrival
They enter the PIN on the public screen.
4. Verification
The system verifies the appointment and time window without showing other patients.
5. Waiting room
The clinic sees the waiting status for the appointment.
6. Completion
Staff mark the appointment complete after the visit.
