Recurring payment terms
Specific terms for setting up, renewing and cancelling recurring payments. Last updated: 27 September 2026.
1. Seller and scope
PRIMA.INFO.BUSINESS and PRIMA.INFO.FAMILY subscriptions are sold by Steel Soft Inovations, k.s., company ID 55 351 981, VAT ID SK2121970873, Bela IV. 915/9, 960 01 Zvolen, Slovakia. Contact: info@prima.info.
These specific terms govern monthly or yearly recurring subscription payments and supplement the general terms on the separate /en/terms page.
2. Setup and authorization
A recurring payment is set up only after the customer expressly agrees to the specific amount and period, accepts these terms and successfully authorizes the payment on the secure page of a licensed payment provider.
By authorizing, the customer agrees that the approved final amount may be charged at the start of every following monthly or yearly period until the recurring payment is cancelled.
3. Amount, period and changes
The exact final amount including 23% VAT, EUR currency, monthly or yearly frequency, product and plan are shown immediately before binding confirmation. A recurring payment can be set up only for a customer with a Slovak billing address.
If the price or frequency is to change, the customer is informed in advance and a new consent is obtained where required by law or the payment arrangement.
4. Renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically for the same period until the customer cancels the next renewal. Cancellation is available in the account where supported or by email to info@prima.info before the next payment is processed.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Paid access remains available through the period end, and an already processed payment is handled under /en/refunds and the customer’s mandatory statutory rights.
5. Payment-flow testing status
Live recurring payments for Business and Family are authorized through the Slovak Stripe account of Steel Soft Inovations, k.s. only for customers with a Slovak billing address. The displayed amount is the final total including 23% VAT.
