Terms of service

1. Provider and scope

The PRIMA.INFO platform is operated and the Business, Family and Medical digital services are sold by Steel Soft Inovations, k.s., company ID 55 351 981, VAT ID SK2121970873, with its registered office at Bela IV. 915/9, 960 01 Zvolen, Slovakia.

The seller is VAT-registered. The net amount, 23% VAT, VAT amount and final total are shown before binding confirmation and on the relevant document. Foreign orders are blocked.

These terms cover the public website, orders, accounts and Business, Family and Medical digital services. Specific terms shown for an order prevail where they supplement these terms.

2. Products and fulfilment

Business and Family are digital services with monthly or yearly billing. Access is delivered electronically by creating or activating the relevant account after order confirmation.

Medical is a separate digital booking service. It enables a patient to select and book an appointment, receive confirmation, information and supported reminders. Price and cancellation terms are shown before payment.

3. Pricing and payments

Prices are stated in EUR. Steel Soft Inovations, k.s. is VAT-registered and applies the standard 23% rate. Business shows both the net price and final VAT-inclusive total; Family and Medical show final consumer prices including VAT. Purchase is available only to customers with a Slovak billing address. A licensed payment-service provider processes payments; PRIMA does not store full payment-card numbers.

Business Founder costs €14.90 monthly excl. VAT / €18.33 incl. VAT or €149 yearly excl. VAT / €183.27 incl. VAT. Business Standard costs €20 monthly excl. VAT / €24.60 incl. VAT or €200 yearly excl. VAT / €246 incl. VAT; each additional user costs €4 excl. VAT / €4.92 incl. VAT monthly. Family provides the first parent free and charges a final €2 monthly or €20 yearly including VAT for every other active member. The Medical digital booking service has a final patient price of €20 including VAT. The optional AI receptionist for Business or Medical costs €99 monthly excluding VAT / €121.77 including VAT and includes fair use up to 1,000 minutes monthly; usage above the limit is billed separately.

4. Medical and the clinic

The patient buys a digital booking service from PRIMA. A PRIMA payment is not payment for an examination, diagnosis or other healthcare. The clinic provides healthcare in its own name and under its own professional responsibility.

Under a separate agreement, the clinic may receive from PRIMA a client-acquisition reward equal to 92% of the booking service's net price. PRIMA's gross margin is 8% of the same net amount. This is a separate relationship between PRIMA and the clinic and does not change the service bought by the patient.

5. Subscription renewal and cancellation

Where an order includes automatic renewal, the price and frequency are shown before consent. The customer may cancel the next renewal through the account or support. Access remains active until the end of the paid period unless applicable law or a specific agreement states otherwise.

6. User responsibilities

Users provide accurate information, protect credentials, use the service lawfully and do not upload content they are not authorized to use. Each organization is responsible for its member roles and permissions.

7. Availability, liability and changes

PRIMA applies reasonable measures for secure and available operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability during maintenance, network failure or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Affected customers will receive reasonable advance notice of material changes to paid services or terms.
